Trust & Security
Trust & Security Center
When you share information with EDVA, you're trusting us with your ideas, business goals, and project details. We take that responsibility seriously by following disciplined engineering practices and handling your information with care throughout every engagement.
Confidentiality
We treat every client conversation, document, and project as confidential. Information shared with us is used solely to evaluate, plan, develop, deliver, and support your project. Access is limited to authorized personnel directly involved in your engagement and is provided only when necessary to perform their responsibilities.
Information & File Handling
Information submitted through our contact forms, discovery sessions, project discussions, and uploaded files is handled securely and used only for purposes related to your engagement. Project documents, specifications, designs, source code, and other project assets are stored and managed using appropriate security practices. We encourage clients not to share passwords, production credentials, API keys, or other sensitive secrets through email or contact forms unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
Secure Development
Security is built into our software engineering process—not added at the end. Every project follows AI-SCOS engineering standards, incorporating secure architecture, secure coding practices, code reviews, input validation, authentication and authorization best practices, dependency management, quality assurance, and documented change control throughout the software development lifecycle.
